Terms

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards are accepted for payment. Hotels To You must receive full payment for orders prior to delivery.

Listed prices do not include delivery charges for bedding and essentials. Delivery charges are included with the prices of mattresses and foundations, furniture & case goods, lighting, and mirrors.

Listed prices do not include sales tax. Hotels To You collects sales tax for sales in the state of Georgia according to law. Please review our website for up to date pricing.

Cancellation

Order cancellations must be received in writing, via fax or email within (2) two business days of order to receive full refunds of bedding and essential products. Cancellations after such time will result in a 25% restocking fee.

On rare occasions there may be manufacturer defects, the warranty agreement protects you as the customer. Defective products are fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For your protection as a customer, please report any defects to our customer service representatives at 877-888-7400, immediately upon delivery and set-up.

We cannot accept returns for furniture and case goods or mattresses and foundations.

If the merchandise has been used, stained, washed and/or (5) five business days have passed, bedding and essential products cannot be returned for a refund or credit. If unopened bedding needs to be returned, a 25% restocking fee will be deleted from the refund total.
